DragonRune is my work-in-progress medium-crunch/simulation-lite RPG (currently in playtest v4). It draws heavily from the BRP family of games (RuneQuest, Call of Cthulhu, Mythras, OpenQuest, and Dragonbane), but with some elements of AGE and The One Ring mixed in for good measure.

Its a 2d10, roll-under system (giving it a non-linear probability distribution), that has a multitude of optional rules to enable a GM to customize it to their liking. Some of these options include a full suite of relationship mechanics, a negotiation system, a journey system, two different ways to track wealth, and six (and counting) magic systems that can be used together or separately, depending on the genre and setting the GM is using.

If you are interested in checking it out, the playtest documents are up on itch.io. I’ve included character sheets and a rule summary/cheat sheet. I’m hoping to have a major revision by the end of the year, but we’ll see.
